Feelings are not facts. A Fact is proven such as a maxed out share structure with over a BILLION shares in the float. Fact is the company has lapsed reporting requirement and lost current status in the past. Fact is none of the acquisition speculation/filings have ever come to fruition. Fact is this is proven to be a dilutive PUMP AND DUMP security. While this is nothing new in OTC, one of the key enablers for these manipulative and corrupt actions to occur is available shares to dump....in short, they are maxed out and have none to give to awareness crowd/campaign. Facts have changed here...for the considerable worse.....even for the P&D crowd.
