One thing I noticed is Shanghai Pharma just bought out a china distribution company for 1.2 billion in November. Smart Pharma just opened the manufacturing site in china. what is lacking? the drugs!

Sooooooooooo if Dr. Odidi is in fact the founder, chairman and chief scientist of Smart Pharma Shanghai...and the CEO of IPCI...then it sure looks like that whole contract signing with Shanghai Pharma and photo opp is geared towards IPCI manufacturing Gluco and Keppra at their Smart Pharma manufacturing site in Shanghai...then having Shanghai Pharma distribute for them.

Even the caption in 1 of the photos from yesterdays article suggest that Dr. Odidi is the founder/chairman and scientist of Smart Pharma in Shanghai hmmmmmmmmmmm>>>
