#127324 RE: Valiant #127321

I explained this... "same equity" is only at the point of the R/S...

The equity could be exactly the same with a 1 for 500 or a 1 for 5000 R/S!

In a 1:5000 R/S, 5B shares becomes 1M shares. AS is 10M, but only 1M are issued (OS).

Equity is the same!

Until the printing press starts...

EPGL Equity/AS is 1!

What is EPGL Equity/AS after conversion to InWith? .5? .1?

OBVIOUSLY the conversion ratio of the R/S is PARAMOUNT to even calculating the meaning of this bogus $50 number...

R/S 1:500 EPGL and decrease A/S from 5B to 10M and you have the same result.
EPGL would be at about 4$ (0.008 multiplied by 500. A/S at 10M shares
And EPGL will tell you that they think the value is 50 USD.

This recall me a stock with 5B A/S trading at 0.09 with Management believing it was worth 0.88$

What is different? The liquidity.
What is similar: out of the blue numbers

Nothing new imo
