DS, DG, maybe questions we should try to figure out are these: Why does LRS already own approximately 600 million shares of ECOS and why to they have not 1 but 3 warrants that allow them to buy more shares at prices much higher than where ECOS currently is? If it is a merger those things do not make sense to me. If those things are true, which they are, what is the plan?
