My understanding is that OBITX will be a consulting and holding company. They have the programming expertise on blockchain to build new systems and will probably be doing maintenance and support for KrypNetwork, Renderpayment and other clients. They will also be investing in their coin offering and perhaps take ownership positions via stock.
It looks like they're also currently working with several other clients that are doing various applications including cryptocurrency mining, real estate records processing and pharmaceutical record retention. They seem to be targeting investments in these companies as well.
