Why isn't the market reflecting value of the patents? The share price is sub penny? Something is not right IMO.

I didn't say "no value". I personally value them at something less than $1M, but that is more than "no value". It gives inwith a bit of a running start with new investors. With sufficient dilution inwith is able to acquire them for almost nothing.
