Whatever the government does must take care of the major lawsuits.
If the government tries to lock out the shareholders then more lawsuits will follow.
RNC has already resolved that the lawsuits need to be settled. So government knows what it is up to.
Go FNF.

Fascinating. That's the first I've heard about any potential legal avenues in the case the commons really do get screwed. You'd think someone at the corrupt DOJ or corrupt Treasury might have realized this and settled long ago. But they didn't, most likely because that's just an example of how powerful the TBTF are. They order their foot soldiers in the gvt to do whatever they want, even if it's blatantly illegal in multiple ways.

So far, the Courts have adopted the Government's position that HERA denies the Shareholders any rights

?

I am not so sure that is what the Courts have said

I suggest that the courts have said a smaller simpler but powerful point -
The courts have said - by granting every motion to dismiss asked by the GOV that courts can not say anything

I have not heard courts say much other than our hands our tied

Courts - as I read it (other than circuit court) have not said HERA denies us rights (e.g. ownership). The courts have said - not for us to solve or even say anything

Yes, and today what department of government is responsible for enforcement of security fraud and who is willing too prosecute. We have a little problem with the DOJ all the way and one could argue conspiracy, compliancy, obstruction, and over reach of powers on top of civil right violations. Oh, that right we are talking about the present state.

Me thinks even though the government has not shown the good faith we like too see and that there are those that speak in congress in ways that harm share holders, it is a different day today. Other then stalling the only thing I can say about our situation in regards to securities fraud, me thinks the court is waiting for the final nail in the coffin, so to speak, before rendering a final verdict and awarding damages. How else can they award damage until all damage done is assessed. As long as the fate of the twins is reconciled the court may feel they can't say the government actions are justified, That is my reason too stay the course as the court cases my fall mute but serve their purpose in keeping the government honest and the release of the twins coming too a mutable and mutual conclusion. We can only beat this horse too death.
