Sorry if you took it that way.

It's just that for the majority of the last 17 years, WMT (with whatever they do, or how they were managed) hasn't done much of anything in terms of stock appreciation.

Granted, it went up quite a bit over the last two years but I think that surprised a lot of investors. They have billions of cash but they can't do much with that because they believe they need it as working capital and to service their debt and pay dividends, and they aren't the type of company that likes to grow through mergers.

So, I would never invest in that company. In fact, at current share price I think WMT is overpriced by about 30%. I would rate it as a strong sell.
