Okay anytime I see the word SEC I get nervous since I have to hold overnight. Is there a chance that the SEC suspends this tomorrow? If that happens, I lose $850.

Thank you GreenMan. And I wholeheartedly concur with your investment strategy overall. Also, your commentary on "playing" OTC investments is spot on. However I would add that I believe, even more so than ever, that TTCM is just the Roadships scam dieseling on.

So this is the new public information. From Facebook.

“The SEC has taken an interest in Tautachrome’s KLK token, causing us to delay our planned mid-January first KLK token sale for further discussions. After further discussions on Friday with leadership in the SEC’s cryptocurrency task force we have decided to push the first KLK token sale off while we continue discussions with SEC leadership. We expect to be able to provide further detail on our KLK Token sales plans towards the end of next month, but so long as we are in active discussion with the SEC, we can give no assurances that this will be the case.”

This should have been communicated via 8-K, being as this is another very material event. But at least they disclosed it somewhere this time, instead of the public having to find information that should have been released by the company in a prompt, forthcoming manner.

If the SEC has taken an interest in the KLK token, it IS NOT GOOD for the company. As I have tried to warn these klowns since announcing the KLK token in the first place they have instantly thrown themselves under the microscope. The cryptocurrency task force is no joke people. The KLK token has ZERO underlying basis of value, and the offering of free tokens for those who purchase shares of TTCM is a fraudulent special dividend.

"The Nuge" et al have not been very tolerant of negative opinions of their ruse. This organized campaign to defraud the public has been well documented, and TTCM has been under a non disclosing promotional campaign for years.

TTCM has been a blatant scam even without the KLK token crap. I don't think this is going to end well for the retailers investing in dreams and a non existent KlickZie platform.
