No one knows Sullivan’s intentions except Sullivan. Except when he was trying to mislead with his “offering of $1M” and “Founder/co founder of 24+ Companies” that traders claimed they’d “verified”. That was all false and merely an attempt to make Sullivan look better than he ever could, unless putting up a striptease website is now some great accomplishment.

I dont happen to believe any of that for one second.
I think nefarious is precisely the nature of the weasel gregg and crew involved in bringing this all together.
He was touted bigtime as a stand up guy, lmao who supposedly founded over two dozen companies, which wound up being “websites” he made. His education was from a defunct college - some pineapple Univ sounding thing lmao.
The guy had no clue how to run a public company, yet once public he fired the only other help he had. He still managed to raise capital via a stock offering, lived it up for a while with his pizza meet n greets, moved a cpl times while failing to deliver product he was partially paid in advance of. The guy strung the public along who were waiting on an additional financial filing to see the latest update on the company and at the last minute instead filed a form 15 and vanished....lmao
And you say nothing nefarious?
Roflmao.
The fact is this pig reeked of fraud from the VERY FIRST STATEMENT I read upon arriving:

The company has not sold 1 share since inception in March of 2014 and that's a fact!!

Roflmao.

The team was one person
Those of us on the message board were stock holders who paid for every share we had on the open market and believed in the technology.
As noted earlier, there were a small number of investors in gtrq and they congregated here on this board to discuss what was going on and the possibilities that lie ahead if things worked out.
Obviously things didn’t work out...but that is part of the risk of buying a penny stock.
As someone who has been here from the beginning I can confidently say that Gregg did not have have nefarious intentions. He was a guy who had an idea but was in way over his head when it came to implementing those ideas.
