3. Arcaro hold himself 80% of VUME.
4. VUME current only 60m float per 10-Q 1 week ago.
5. VUME went up Pink Current by OTC Marktes
6. VUME was a clean 15/12g shell


My reasons why i am think J. Arcaro will fill now VUME clean shell with New business per R/M. hopefull Crypto or MJ Business.
