Nope. Fidelity let’s me do as I wish buying Titan. From $1 down to .10 and everywhere in between.

Have you signed the necessary disclosures / risk documents, etc.?

I have never really liked the “discount” brokers, which they of course aren’t anymore. I was with Etrade for a long time but love Fidelity so much more for many reasons - trading platform, 2 years of free trades (500 total) when I transferred over, customer service, etc.
