Audited financials are REVERSE-SPLIT prerequisite for NASDAQ uplisting after CANNABIS ACQUISITION by Steve BERMAN + sale of mobile apps business?

Can you CONFIRM the prerequisite/requirements?

In other words: why ONCI is SEC DEREGISTERED... but seeking to have financials AUDITED? Makes NO SENSE, right?

What are your thoughts about this?

WHICH IS WHY an AUDIT CANNOT HAPPEN.. it would expose the truth here.. will be interesting to see what steve says..imo
