Hopefully, they are interested in going public again... and using the clean shell.

The 23rd is tomorrow! That is the deadline. We should hear soon about the BK closing unless there were objections or extension requests. But I would hope that if there were, they would have been posted on PACER. I checked PACER Saturday morning.. no changes.
