I get speculative trading in bad companies. You are late to the party here. I have made a ton of money trading them through the years, but things changed. They no longer have any cash and have lost the ability to raise any more. Their SEC violations have become more and more blatant and severe and it is fairly debatable if there is criminal intent to go along with the civil repercussions.

The time to trade them was when they did a new funding agreement and not when they ran out of shares to issue. The cash is gone. Very soon you will be, also.
