Can you imagine how those market makers who bought those shares heavily discounted at 0.000001 really want to get those out at 0.0001 using promoters.
Plus the individuals who got free shares ( mulshine, Ray Amano, Donald Lelievre, etc) would probably get any story out in order to get some money out of their freebees. Including spreading the Rumor of a 15c after getting back trading....
