One other thing I found interesting in the court settlement. They awarded Conti 800,000 plus shares that the court valued at .40 cents a share to cover the 1st promissory note which Conti had. Conti was awarded $25,000 in damages on the 2nd note - where did they derive that value of .40 from.

The company as I see it is a shell with no debt, are their concerns out there interested in merging or reverse-merging that would create some real, fundamental value. At this point in time the market sure does not value TMSH at .40 a share.

I think you are right..
