Actually I just read nothing that I believe is accurate. I don't believe that SEO has $13 million invested in ERHC. Can you prove that? Right now the Chrome investment in ERHC is worth almost nothing and SEO has only invested about 250K in ERHC in the last decade. He refused to even participate in the rights offering even after declaring his support for it.

The agreement between Starcrest and ERHC was signed 8 months ago and it expired 2 months ago with no indication of any extension and with no deal being consumated. What makes you believe they are even still talking?

Despite the unending claims that Elcrest and Eland are interested in ERHC, those companies have never indicated an interest in ERHC nor were they part of any MOU or any other talks that anyone knows of. What makes you believe they are involved?

Why in the world would Starcrest give up any proven reserves for an interest in blocks that have been drilled and that resulted in 6 dry holes? That makes no sense to me.

And there is no cashflow coming from Elcrest that goes to Starcrest. That partnership is not making.distributions to partners and is heavily in debt.

So, do your own research and don't believe anything that is based on rank speculation rather than facts. Right now ERHC is delinquent on its 10K and their financial condition continues to deteriorate. We all hope ERHC can survive, but hope is not enough.

And the announcement of the blockchain initiative
could indicate that ERHC is getting out of the oil exploration business completely. Their many failures in oil exploration might indicate they should try something else. That is what seems to be happening to me.
