I added NAD to my supplement regime over a year ago. Most of my supplements, including NAD, come from Life Extension. I can't say that I can identify specific benefits with NAD. (I am just not that sensitive. In fact, the only supplement that I have ever taken that I can tell a difference with is Anatabloc and I am still taking it.)

I'm still ticked off that Life Extension never did an article on Anatabloc...
