AT&T has many suppliers and work with many third party development firms and they don't have to issue PRs for these events as they are non-existing events for them.
No need to for AT&T to do so. AT&T didn’t put out a PR when they updated their antennas on two of my towers and became a new addition to another one of my towers. Big companies don’t sweat the petty stuff. More than likely you’ll see a AT&T put out a PR when they buy out SRMX...maybe.
