Exercising warrants isn't the same as selling the stock. It just puts the warrant holders in the same position as any other investor who bought low and now sees a lot of green. They can either sell and take profit or hold. There aren't enough warrants to cause significant dilution so the effect is minimal.

Lack of news is probably the most significant issue for this stock, but mainly for those who are flippers and traders. Patient long term investors know that despite the ups and downs, the pps should be higher by year end than it is today.
