Im fairly certain if you were to call IR, they would gladly give you the same info. No insider violation here. Please stop trying to paint a picture to suggest so

If true, that would be ANOTHER securities law violation, as Mexus is required to file an 8-K with that information which would provide the information to everyone at the same time.

Issuing that important information about a material property to only one large holder, or to only those that call, is an obvious violation of Regulation FD.
