i think once it gets through senate in Feb its a go. never heard of any kind of vote July 1st. prolly want to get your shares in your LP of choice well ahead of July

That is completely incorrect and inaccurate MrAwesome.

The senate is going through the Bill these next few months. The bill has already passed through parliament.

Parliament will have already been on break for the Summer by July 1.

July 1 is Canada Day, a national holiday. Parliament does not vote or sit on this date.
