There's no reason why this new company can't let their shareholders know that they are working on releasing an update to all of its shareholders as long as they don't reveal its contents. Seems like the right thing for them to do considering the fact that they have some pretty large investors who have put their faith as well as a lot of their money into this stock.It doesn't matter what country a stock is in,they are not in business to lose money.
