You are right.. There is no court order REQUIRING confidentiality.. As a private company, ASD has no duty to disclose, CDEX has a duty to disclose material events.

But at any rate, CDEX cannot really button it up.. too many people know about it. Maybe the CAP will let it slip. Or some
other PPer.

CDEx sez: "The license is subject to payment by CDEX to ASD of certain royalties under a fixed payment schedule as well as possible additional royalties for updates to the system and maintenance under certain circumstances."

I've learned that in a settlement agreement of this nature, Judge Schaffer does not allow access to the settlement transcripts without approval of both Parties. If both Parties approve the request, the requesting party must then petition the court for final approval.
