Bliss, there is a hypothesis of an Oil layer.
Not that this is that, but it is hypothesized that a layer just under the earth's crust is all oil and to tap it is to tap all the earth's oil. It is this layer, hypothetically, where all oil migrates upward from and gets trapped under cap stone.
