Crazy - what you are effectively saying is that 26M shares are absolutely meaningless to JP and his family. Not a question but a statement.

How can that be ? How can a guy watch his stock price go down the tubes without doing something about it ? It's easy for you to say that but think (honestly) think if you had that many shares and control of the company, what sane person allows that to happen ?

My attitude would be totally different if the concept didn't work and/or if there was no demand. They are Growing, though, despite horrid leadership

* A mere 10 cent swing to JP is worth over $2.6M. It is my hope that as the screws tighten, that he will be forced to come to his senses. The only interest this offering will garner is from those that want to take control.
