Mr. White showing up at the ASM and soliciting shareholders is IMO probably a violation of the Standstill clause of the Settlement Agreement with legal implications that should be addressed by the current BOD.

Stephen White indicated to me directly they were going to use an independent third party group to value and deal the IP. He will be my first call tomorrow.

How much do you spend on a competitive process to sell an IP that has failed to prove itself and that you have already spent hundreds of millions on?

The market disregards it.
