That certainly is good news. Pretty aggressive. Do not like the dividends. A company startup should not be paying out dividends to shareholders. I know it is a small amount.

Item 8.01. Other Events

(1) The company generated approximately $100,000 in revenue for the month of September.

(2) The company has decided to do the dividends on a quarterly basis in order to simply the process with FINRA and DTC.

(3) The Company will decrease the authorized from 100,000,000 shares of common stock to 60,000,000.
