Wouldn't it be easily agreed upon that when involved with stocks penny or otherwise it is for financial gain, long or short? No one is involved with stocks, bonds, etc., for years on end for free, period.. GNCP is no different. Apparently the recent filings were a precursor of another wake up period. Let's see how they work this out. Obvisouly $146.000 + dollars to date have been spent on shares of GNCP. Which has brought significant attention to her.. It would behoove those that have memory to not forget all the sisters and their paper trails. Recall the 100 share take down trades were not just a signature for GNCP.. we have daily reminders of that.. ha ha

Complete bullshit, brokers and broker dealers cannot "self clear", they are not clearing firms. Further, This ticker is in CNS, so self clearing cannot happen.

Total garbage and unsupported statements.

As to charges, many stinky pinky crimes go for years, but there are certainly many others associated with this ticker who already have had their run in with Regulators.

Spot on! The criminals have stolen trillions from investors and bankrupted many small companies in the process while regulators looked the other way.
Time to turn the tables on the criminals. Go GNCP!!!

GNCP - Brokers collaborating with market makers to self-clear and self-generate equity entitlements has been a problem since the discount brokers entered the scene. Too many loopholes and too much money changing hands. Too much crime and corruption. Ex-SEC agents aiding and abetting and the brokers self-moderating through the dummy Corp FINRA help for the fleecing of investors and the public.

One has to wonder how for so many years not a single fine or criminal charge has been levied against the owners and principles of this company and the countless other entities they have facilitated.
