Awesome nice to have some timelines Wimusky.

1h2018 can be great if we through in an ANDA or 2.

Thanks for the update.

It's a funny coincidence as I also spoke to IPCI today. That makes two of us :)

My understanding of the timelines is similar to yours. I do think they will commence the HAP studies soon.

And we can all hope that FDA will finally approve one or two ANDA's.

We can also hope that Mallinckrodt will be able to re-bid some of those long-term wholesale contracts and capture a greater share of the Seroquel market.

All of the above points make me fairly optimistic about the prospects of the company going forward.

Wow thanks for the great update wimusky...sooooooooooo now we know the ugly truth...no HAP studies even started yet...and despite mgmt. claiming that they feel they will complete the HAP studies in a relatively quick timeframe, most pundits feel such oral and nasal studies take 9 months...so I for one don't put much weight in their July/August timeline...especially since they haven't even had a fricken meeting with the FDA yet to even have the FDA approve a protocol.

Furthermore, the fact that they anticipated launching PODRAS trials sometime in the back half of 2017 and now claim that they're shooting to launch PODRAS trials sometime in the 1st half of 2018 but are still trying to resolve what hoops to jump through...also means we're probably gonna be lucky if they even launch those trials by/b4 June 30th.

So in a nutshell any positives we may have been hoping for on the oral and nasal studies are still a ways out...and any positives we may have been hoping for on PODRAS trials launching are an even further long ways out.

Meaning the best we can hope for now is the FDA finally getting around to approving Pristiq or Lamictal b4 the clock runs out on the deal with MNK.

Very disappointed in the timeline update on both PODRAS and their NDA candidate formerly known as Rexista but I'm definitely not surprised.

I now believe that a reverse split is most definitely in the cards because I have zero faith that we're gonna be getting any positive news from the FDA approving Pristiq or Lamictal anytime soon...and without any movement on the PODRAS trials or HAP studies on their OxyContin NDA candidate we've basically had ZERO relevant progress occurring behind the scenes since last summers Rexista AdCom disaster and that my friends is a tremendous letdown.

I just made your post a sticky because it accurately reflects that since the HAP studies PR last summer not a single step of progression has taken place 6 months later.

I'm glad IPCI mgmt. finally came clean with the updates on where they're actually at on the PODRAS trials and HAP studies fronts...at least they finally decided to quell any positive speculation and admit they haven't done a damn thing on either of them.

Bring on the selling wave we all know those 2 ugly updates will bring.

My only real questions now are when is the reverse split? What will be the reverse split ratio? And when will the next offering hit?

Stick a fork in this stock it's toast til sometime down the post reverse split road...maybe in 2019 Dr. Odidi can actually prove capable of unlocking any relevant here whatsoever.

Hilarious that mgmt. told mopar and Impact Trader that they didn't think they'd need to reverse split!

Without wanting to be disrespectfull.
I’ve been reading these posts for a year and I’ve already been long for a couple of years now.

I’m sure that nobody here has a clue about the last trading day’s volume.

This is not the first time somebody writes he was in contact with IPCI... In the past it was probably BS and now it’ll probably also be BS.

*hoping for some good news after this last f*cking half year of bleeding.

I spoke to IPCI today. Here is the update:

Who were you talking to?

Don't they really understand they should give this kind of information themselves to EVERYBODY?

Really bad shit here is, they might treat FDA the same way they treat investors. This might be reason for why applications just wait year after an other.

wimusky and all...what I don't get is this ok; If IPCI hasn't even launched oral and nasal studies yet...and Purdue's patent expires in July 2019...why the hell is IPCI even fighting Purdue in the lawsuit still?

At absolute best even if everything on the timeline to approval went off without a hitch...the absolute earliest IPCI's ever gonna get another AdCom and PDUFA date is 2019 now anyways...so why continue spending millions of dollars defending the Purdue lawsuit when the likelihood of approval isn't even gonna occur until mid 2019 now anyways?

Yet another thing that makes me go hmmmmmmmm and if I'm overlooking anything would love others perspective on this timeline issue.
