To follow through with shareholders, to me, means keeping us updated on the progress of certain initiatives, not just the end result. This is what Kim did in this particular instance with the new ETF strains.

I'm not saying he has followed through on everything else. He clearly hasn't.

I don't think creating a single new worm is follow-through.

You are getting caught up in the minutia. When Kraig says they have "succeeded in creating a new hybrid transgenic silkworm," what success means is that they have many silkworms producing similar fibers. Jon said (to paraphrase)they are not yet a commercial line, but once they are homozygous, things are going to be fun. They may have already sent fibers out to be tested....to the Army or to the usual testing folks. If it is to the Army, then they have already delivered on an agreement and this may trigger additional funds. This is definitely follow through in Kim's weak way. It also gives me confidence in the technology. This is fast turnaround, albeit homozygosity will/may take many months.

Sometimes dealing with Kim's legal mind means he won't talk as much as he could, but that same legal mind knows what success means.

They must have got DS silkworms in the news before they had a large commercial worm. We suspected this when the first reelers failed and the stated reason for that failure. This PR confirmed it for me.
