I'm suprised more people arent talking about the Storz instruments.... 3rd slide on their page of "inventions and development page" looks like some drafts of Titan instraments matched with the sleeve in the video. Is this our world wide supplier? Is this Mcnally throwing us a bone?
Not working with Storz. Retractor (3 or 5mm). 3 mm options do not require a separate port, 5 mm would if not going through ancillary in 12.5 "docking" port for SPORT. Neither require fascia closure just skin so no concerns of hernias on those if needed for certain procedures.
There are also "internal" retractor options that are deployed through a port at the beginning of a procedure and don't require a port during the procedure and are removed end of case.
