This company is so far underwater they have to look up to see whale poop, and that's at the bottom of the ocean. $43 million in toxic convertible debt that when converted will push the share count to over 190 billion shares! It is in black and white, SEC filed documents! Can you say DILUTION? How about MULTIPLE REVERSE SPLITS COMING? This is a bad dream, an investment for idiots.
