Don't think it's insider selling no form 4 filed. I know insiders were buying in the open market not to long ago don't think the would sell for a loss.
What I seen today was alot of 100 share paint job by the MM driving this down.
Otherwise, we well see in the next couple Qtrs how the tech is accepted.
