Growprocess: Building a CBD Commodity
2018 commercial hemp crop season to use a 10-acre estate with approximately 3 acres of greenhouses in Slovenia. Estate will be set up for this year’s hemp grow. A quarter mile from this estate is an industrial zone where Co. will set up the entire processing operation from extraction to lab testing to further product development. The estate has its own source of water (drilled water well) as this is a critical component for an indoor greenhouse grow operation of this size.
Estate can produce approximately ten tons of hemp flowers in the greenhouses that would be female flowers only with no seeds, therefore stronger, bigger and denser buds/flowers than ordinary outdoor hemp.
Estate can also produce outdoor hemp of about 1 ton
Potential to expand with additional estates, Co. could also produce outdoor hemp of at least 5 more tons.
Creating/developing our brands and line of products to sell directly to customers
Co could penetrate different networks of stores/dispensaries/organic food shops etc. Result in greater direct customers over the long run as many of those customers would check out Co brands online.

Market Opportunity:
Cannabis is a massively burgeoning market yet highly regulated and tracked right from the cultivation to testing, transportation, and distribution. The current solutions while appropriate at the dispensary level don’t lend themselves at the point of Grow/ Trim. Trimmers complain of distraction and lack of identity verification with the current systems. CannaTech is a fast growing market and informally estimated at close to $100 Million and growing at 20-25% a year
GrowProcess Solution: The Bitshares 2.0 or Ethereum blockchain based solution should be able to deliver:
Phase 1: the first mile: we set up the Grower with keys on the blockchain, linked to their mobile number, key verified data and harvest data. The grower sends simple SMS messages to register their harvests, issuing new assets on the blockchain and informing prospective consumers of them. These are then transferred from the grower to patient, creating a digital history saved forever on the blockchain. This is a major point of differentiation compared to the current data entry mode
Phase 2: along the chain: We will link with ERP systems, and other supply chain tools already digitizing grow facility data, to check that what comes into a dispensary is what comes out. A smart contract handles the conversion factors from raw product to finished product. No one along that supply chain can“double spend” the claims and certifications as accounting for claims and certifications on a blockchain means all certifications and claims can be accounted for along with a mass of product, without one company needing to have access to all of the certification and product data in the supply chain.
Phase 3: end consumer environments: The information gathered from the origin and through the supply chain is accessible to patients towards the end of the chain. This technology allows brands and retail dispensaries to replace the clutter of traditional printed communication with mobile-accessible information about the products.
