I believe the dumping of shares, now, is coming from an offshore account most likely controlled by peabody. Highly illegal but that's how the usual otc scams operate...I suspect peabody accumulated a few hundred million shares over the past 6 months of massive dilution, massive rate of dilution, flipped some of those shares numerous times on his press releases and stock price manipulation...and accumulated again when victim-shareholders capitulated...after the scumbag took it down to near mid trips from 3.82 cents ($0.0382)...the low was $0.0006...
I call this a dark IPO.
And plan on busting him for it and all the other fraud that I've discovered, documented and sent in so far. Pretty sure I just discovered more fraud just a couple of hours ago. ;)

I anticipate this garbage being busted and shut down by mid-to-late next week.
