Why the CEO projected revenue of $4 million in 2017 and in 2016 it was $2.73 million to $3.3 million.

Those didn't work out very well.

Agree. I invested. I bought last Friday with couple millions share going to add more next week. Last year I made good money with this stock and I and some my friends is back to invest at this price. Good opportunity to buy this company stocks at this level. Looking good on Friday updates. From here PPS can only go up.
