So do I!! I have 10 in my port currently right now. I am focusing on stocks that have a history of raising more and more.

I have tried a few high fliers with high pay-outs only to get burned. I like the 4=9% range with increasing divs!

I have run out of dry powder or I would add a few more shares here while the price is depressed. I just added a few shares of HEI after there stock dividend this week. Now that has been a great one for me have had it since 2011!

Ford is very attractive at the moment. They have a double div this month on X date the 29th. It's pay out is 6% with the latest hit the stock just took!
