Miss Apostle, Im starting to think you are either turning over a new leaf or have a fever because if I had to say your beginning to display signs of kindness. Now I must warn you that displaying kindness is good for ones soul, and five senses, hgmmmm, and over loading on it can produce an intoxicating feeling of ecstasy so don’t say Yoda didn’t warn you ;)! All in all Im gonna be jumping back in here and very very soon. Im agreeing that were going to see something here by February. All though there are red flags here I believe GIFA is coming and will get through the FINRA process. If a company knows what they are doing FINRA is not difficult to work with especially if counsel submits accordingly. Despite what others have stated here I do not think they are putting ALL their assets into one vehicle. Its too much to breakdown and just don’t care enough to spend 30 minutes typing it all out via ihub but I do believe they will be following the Warren Buffet Holdings model. From how Im seeing it, its a perfect fit with who they already are privately.
