It's just going to be a (slow-motion) race between them proving their concept, and getting the production kinks worked out - and the needs to gather in more capital. If they can get the IND meeting set and the TOX data in hand during 2018 - then they can raise the needed stopgap capital without the dilution being too painful to those of us already holding. If they drag it out too long before they hit those milestones,... then the capital raise hurts us all quite a bit more. It's a question of when and how IMO - not if.
