The skull and crossbones came from the fact that there was a third party promotion website up and the SEC has been slappping all companies with skull and crossbones who are somehow involved in any of these promotions even when it is a third party thing.
The skull and crossbones will go away again if they can show the SEC that they haven't been engaged in this promotion and that they didn't know about it but what bothers me more is the NITE seller who shows 10k and sells endlessly shares while going lower and lower. I would love to know who the seller is. He is sometimes the only seller anywhere near the current prices. Just lately some retail guys are throwing in the towel as well.
