Don't believe it'll take till 2019 to achieve .25
I'll go on record by saying Thanksgiving of 2018 my friend...

03 quickly then climb to .25 by 2/1/2019.
little jumps with contracts and big jumps with each quarterly.
Bigger the contract bigger the jump.
That only takes in to account one app of one leg. lot of unknowns that could accelerate.
