Who denied anything about a 10Q? Was he telegraphing a 2nd reverse split in the 14C? Maybe he was contemplating it back then but in case you missed it, Berge elected to raise the AS instead of taking the path of a reverse split which would have been the end for shareholders.

Hey, guess what? for those of us who read those before throwing some play money into an OTC stock we WERE NOT HOLDING SHARES IN MAY 2017.
