At least you have realistic expectations on market cap.
But currently the company is not sustainable without debt financing as they are losing money and the company has already stated that the purpose for the reverse split was to facilitate conversions and further debt financing.
And I have stated multiple times that long term the company may be successful but there will be a lot of dilution and more splits that will happen taking out current shareholders.
Remember currently fully diluted share count is well over 400M shares and that is without more dilution hitting
Not sure what I'm leaving out, the 8k/a shows the finacials of the newly formed combined entity which still shows a massive loss, people can choose to ignore the finacials.
I'll be back when they file the 10k so we can see all this value that people keep claiming as the share price contiunes to stagnate
