Sorry, you are correct, however even with your math it is showing decreasing margins

So gross margins decreasing
Operating margins decreasing
Net margin decreasing

So margins are going down as are revenues for 2017

And my whole point was, a company does not warrant a high revenue multiple or market cap if they are not in a massive growth phase.

Looking at Munzee's numbers they are going down or flat which would not warrant a massive market cap valuation, and again the combined entity which is what matters now is losing a lot of money.

And SG&A is not arbritrary and will cause the company to need money to fund operations
