You weren't here in the second half of 2013 to the spring of 2014 then because the tone was very negative toward Dan as that was when he lied to shareholders and devalued the stock by 40% to push through his huge comp increase that shareholders opposed.
Not sure anymore what the true state of the company is - why Dan left or was asked to leave; what Dan knows about the future of ADXS; did Dan leave Lombardo with nothing worthy of selling and raising money? is Lombardo trying to get the company sold?...
Only know that cash reserves are getting depleted; there has been no filing with EU, so far no reduction in headcount or any cost cutting measures in place to reduce spending.
Buyout is only option left, unless there are some big deals with huge upfront money.if they can sell it for $30.00 now, don't wait. unless they want to sell it for $100 in 2 years if they lucky.
