I'm far from a pro here. It looks like the company is mostly owned by insiders and book value is nearly $2 if I'm reading it right. They are WAYYYY in debt though. It seems they've started liquidating their bad properties. I do like the green volume bars and the chart. Perhaps they can work it out. They have some good numbers to work with and they have personal incentives to make it work. I do not know. Time will tell. You are guessing .28 so just to be contrary... I'll guess .58 LOL!
