Exactly. A RS just gets the SP in compliance but the market is what needs to get fixed which solves everything. Even if they do a RS it doens't change anything. Changing share structure really does nothing.

Hilarious, nice try...they fail listing on multiple counts...tough pump, good luck...but, facts are facts, HC will issue shares on behalf of the company, solves the market cap concern, doesn't it? As for the valuation, comedic at best, but it's what they do...
