I have never seen these guys as shareholders in the past.

Makes me think this could be a reason mms keeping the price down as they have little inventory. :-)

AMERICAN FUNDS in general - across the board - are monsters in size

They seldom if ever buy a stock below 5 dollars

AMERICAN FUNDS has some of the best large US stock - funds and foreign and global

AMERICAN FUNDS has NO midcap or small cap funds (forget the TITLE of the large cap SMCWX) ------ because when they buy stock in size that will influence their NAV by future moves ----- there is not enough volume and other players to not have AMERICAN FUNDS become the market

I doubt this is new
